The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the                                                                     
following at the request of Representative Ramras, Chair:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 58                                                                                                          
    "An Act establishing February 2 of each year as Marmot Day; and                                                             
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SB 58 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the                                                              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
